Outside the clinic, she enjoys swimming, playing squash, and living the active lifestyle she inspires in her clients. She believes movement is more than exercise,it is the foundation of confidence, independence, and a healthier, fuller life.
Her mission is simple: to help every client move with strength, confidence, knowledge, and joy.
