Diana is a practicing kinesiologist and registered with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK). She graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Biomedical physiology and kinesiology. Growing up Diana played tennis from a young age and competed in tournaments internationally. Her passion for tennis has inspired her to train and work with athletes in the past.
She has over 10 years experience working with MVA injuries, athletes, and the senior population. Diana works on helping people return to work/activities of daily living post injuries through active rehab. She also focuses on disease prevention and improving quality of life through exercise prescription. She has a lot of experience working with post joint replacement, Parkinson’s and stroke patients and those with high fall risks
